David Dows review about company Jim Miller Roofing & Siding

Jim Miller replaced our roof in 100 degree weather in the summer of 2016 and we couldn't have been happier. After three years we started to notice a minor leak where a repair had been done on the old roof by a different contractor. I thought they might have accidentally undone that repair. Also, we started to see slight leaks from a skylight. I called Jim and he said he would have his service manager get right back to me. I asked him to wait until after I could recover from chemotherapy I was having the next day. The service manager called on the day I had requested and scheduled a service call a couple of weeks later. Don and Nate came out right on time and quickly found the source of the leaks. The previous repair might not have been undone, but Don made sure it's sealed now. He also found where water was getting in because a shingle had been placed on top of some flashing when it should have been underneath because it was at the bottom of the flashing. Don found that the seal around the glass in the skylight had deteriorated, so he re-caulked it. That wasn't due to anything Miller roofing had done wrong, so if Jim wants to bill me a reasonable service charge, I wouldn't mind at all. From our initial experience through today's, we are 100% satisfied with all of the work done by Miller roofing and we paid 1/3 as much as our neighbors who had P. J. Fitzpatrick replace a roof a little larger than ours, also in 2016. Theirs might be 30% larger than ours, but nowhere near 3 times as large!
