Had a leak in my hot water cylinder. Called for urgent attention. Was told someone would ring me back. Waited 3 hours, nobody had called, so called them back & finally got through to Bruce who told me they could not do anything for 2 weeks. Why they did not say at the time I first called is a mystery.
