Great customer service. Last thing anyone would want to do on a hot sunday afternoon is climb up in a roof and crawl under a house, but it's what Matt did to make sure he understood the problem, before fixing it. And to top it off, he did an awesome job entertaining his 'shadow' aka my 3 year old. Would definitely recommend.

We found a leaking pipe in the ceiling space and phoned F B Hall to see if they could come to fix it. Jason phoned around the staff to see who would be available and soon called back to say someone would be with us within the hour. Matt phoned to say he was 15 minutes away and turned up promptly. He was efficient and friendly and had it all fixed promptly. Great service! Thanks F B Hall.

Had a leak in my hot water cylinder. Called for urgent attention. Was told someone would ring me back. Waited 3 hours, nobody had called, so called them back & finally got through to Bruce who told me they could not do anything for 2 weeks. Why they did not say at the time I first called is a mystery. They need a course in customer service & communication skills.

Extremely poor, don't use. I called on a Tuesday for a job at my house and the receptionist told me that someone would be around the next day on Wednesday at 3:30pm, no one turned up and I didn't get a call or message. I left it until Friday to call again to see what was going on, they told me that the job had accidentally been logged for next Wednesday, instead of the Wednesday the day after, so we arranged to have someone come out on Monday morning instead, no one arrived on Monday or Tuesday either. I cancelled the job on Wednesday and got someone else. They also said on the Friday that they had called and left messages on my phone, I always have my phone on me and they never left a message, I confirmed my number with them at this stage and they had recorded it correctly, so I can't trust what they try to say either.
