Irene Larsen review about company Pocatello Bartlett Homes and Roofing

Horrible company to deal with. They promise you that you only pay your deductible and they will get the rest from your insurance. Definitely didn’t happen for me. After “negotiating” with my insurance company for 2 months they let me know they would need an additional $1800 to get the job done. I agreed to pay that and was promised my repairs would start in 2 weeks. It’s now 3 weeks later and they’re telling me they need even more money and they still can’t get what they need from the insurance company. They’re public adjuster is horrible and will not return any of my phone calls. I can’t even talk to my insurance company about t because it all has to go through their public adjuster who will not bother to return my calls. It’s been almost 3 months since I first contacted them and I’m starting back at square one looking for a new company to try and work on my house.
