J.R. Cazier review about company Pocatello Bartlett Homes and Roofing

Bartlett Homes has time and time again proved My home and my family mean nothing to them. After starting a claim with them in April they still have not finished the project in December. A project as we were told should take 6-8 weeks to complete. Problems keep arising as they partnered with a claims department. The claims company became burdensome and Bartlett instead of helping us through the issues, dropped us and would not assist in any negotiations. A problem they placed us in. They did finish the roof after months of phone calls. I would even go as far to say it looks good but the job looks unfinished. The siding for the house remains untouched. They still have not made an attempt to do anything on the siding. Now they are furnishing an invoice to me stating they are done and payment is demanded in full. and that the siding is a different division than the roofing. I would go to say that the is the most terrifying, poor, and miserable service I have ever received and would council all to stay away from Bartlett Homes. Buyer beware.
