Shirley Drayton review about company 1st Choice Contractors Heating & Air

First Choice Contractors is a company that I would recommend to anyone. This is the first time in a long time that I have had the privilege of obtaining service from a company that actually value their customers. First I had the pleasure of speaking with Bobby, she is so awesome. Even though my home warranty not Diligent about making sure that I had heat right away, she made the difference. Instead of waiting in the cold for two days for an initial appointment that was scheduled, she made sure I got heat right away when my unit went out. When I called her about the appointment that was scheduled for me she said that she’s not gonna let me stay in the cold that long. She told me she would check on some things and call me back and within the hour she had called me back and told me Shirley we will make sure you have heat Ahead of what you were scheduled for. She said that I spoke with Marcello and we are going to take care of YOU right away. He came out, He didn’t waste any time finding the problem. He showed me what was wrong. He corrected the problem He was very meticulous in his work and I could tell that he was very experienced. They both had an awesome warm spirit.This is the first time I have ever spoken with Bobby and the first time I have ever spoken to and seen Marcello, but it won’t be the last. You both went above an beyond for me and I appreciate everything. To me you are both God sent and I hope God continue to bless you both.
