Judith Ulz review about company HP McPike Construction & Storage

Very unhappy with the customer service! I ordered a custom door 5 months ago today. There was an initial delay that was not McPike’s fault - a a manufacturer error - at least that’s what I was told. I totally understood that and the door was reordered. They did not install prior to my July vacation. I called a month ago To let them know that I was back. It has been one excuse after another. But what really irritated me was that I have had to call to initiate the conversations — not even the common courtesy to be proactive or at times respond. I will never do business with this company again and never recommend them.
