Frank Farkas review about company Advocate Construction

I would not hire them again and I will never recommend them. Now all I can do is warn others ... The worst customer service in 20 years of any kind of contractor working on this house. At first appearance, the roof looks okay; but it leaks and the company's only solution was to add caulk around the flashing rather than replace the flashing and some of the shingles. When it leaked a second time, I was assured it would be repaired. That was a month ago; I have not seen or heard from anyone since. I was actually told by a company representative; "Strange, it only leaks when it rains hard" .... Not a ringing product endorsement from the company. The old roof never leaked in 20 years! Now I have a leaky roof and large stain on a freshly painted vaulted ceiling. I have no choice but to hire new contractors; one for the roof and one for the ceiling. I'm sure the company thinks this will be the end of it, but it won't .... If you're considering a new roof, look elsewhere.
