Excellent experience with Advocate, throughout the entire Roof replacement process. Our agent, Jonathan, was extremely attentive and detail oriented. He made himself available from beginning to completion, and made our roof and satisfaction his priority. Advocate was extremely easy to work with and very flexible with scheduling construction. I would highly recommend this company.

They worked closely with me in getting my roof replaced. They met with the insurance adjusters twice to show them the damage to the roof. They then worked with my schedule to get the work completed before the painters started painting the exterior of the house. They came back to address cosmetic concerns my wife and I had promptly and to our satisfaction.

I would not hire them again and I will never recommend them. Now all I can do is warn others ... The worst customer service in 20 years of any kind of contractor working on this house. At first appearance, the roof looks okay; but it leaks and the company's only solution was to add caulk around the flashing rather than replace the flashing and some of the shingles. When it leaked a second time, I was assured it would be repaired. That was a month ago; I have not seen or heard from anyone since. I was actually told by a company representative; "Strange, it only leaks when it rains hard" .... Not a ringing product endorsement from the company. The old roof never leaked in 20 years! Now I have a leaky roof and large stain on a freshly painted vaulted ceiling. I have no choice but to hire new contractors; one for the roof and one for the ceiling. I'm sure the company thinks this will be the end of it, but it won't .... If you're considering a new roof, look elsewhere. Everything was very good with this company easy communication, new roof put on very quick. Super friendly staff.
