Carolyn Jacoby review about company Parlament Roofing and Construction
Contacted to get a quote & find out if they would provide financing. Gave them all my financial information. Set up appointment for estimate. They didn't show up for the estimate. Then they claimed they needed an OSHA qualified estimator because we had a steep slope. Couldn't tell me when that estimator would available. Asked how they knew we had a "steep" sloped roof if they didn't show up for the estimate. They informed us that they looked at photos online. Our property manager and 3 other roofing companies don't consider this a steep slope roof. These people only want to increase the cost and are not going to provide financing withou ripping you off.
