Melanie Luke review about company Parlament Roofing and Construction

Really bad business etiquette. My husband called in order to obtain a quote for a metal roof. The female asked several questions and was aware that the house was 2 stories. She Googled our address and was looking at our home while talking to my husband. A week later they cancelled the appointment and another date was made. The day before the appointment we were contacted regarding information on payment ie insurance company, financing or cash. The day of the appointment we were contacted confirming our appointment. We waited all afternoon until 4pm. No one showed. We contacted the company and were informed that they don’t usually handle two story homes unless there is a flat garage roof. That the salesman left a note in the computer file that they couldn’t do our home. Well we do have a flat garage roof and if anyone had come to the house they would have seen that we have a 2nd floor back veranda that runs the entire length of the house.When asked why we weren’t contacted the woman stated that the salesmen don’t carry phones for insurance purposes. Whaaat? If he drove by why didn’t he stop at our home for the appointment? If he just looked at Google why didn’t he call us? OR why didn’t the Office contact us ? WE had to contact the Office after waiting all afternoon This should be a red flag to anyone planning on doing business with this company. I would never recommend them to anyone and I’ll be sure to let everyone know how badly we were treated.
