Melanie Harper review about company Tidewater Roofing

Really Awesome Experience! Bryan came to our home and went over everything for the contract. He made sure i did not have one unanswered question. Josh in production was great. He made sure to stay in communication with us about the start date and ensured it was a time that worked for us. During the roof installation, we had a pipe in the ceiling come loose and break through our kitchen drywall. This incident was completely UNRELATED to the roofing work and strictly from poor execution of the addition that occurred 25 plus years ago on our home. I began to worry and become upset. I immediately got in contact with the owner Emmit. He came right over that evening and began to figure out a plan to fix this. He was reassuring that the issue would be resolved and that HE was going to take care of it himself. So, for the next consecutive 4 days Emmit, the owner of Tidewater Roofing came to our home, replaced the horribly installed pipe with a new one, completely redid the drywall for that section as well as paint and take care of the area. AMAZING WORK!!! What really makes this experience SO amazing is that Emmit noticed a unfinished drywall in our bathroom that a company left and never came back to complete from awhile ago. What did he do?! He STAYED AND TOOK CARE OF THAT! Hands down really GREAT people to do business with. I can't thank Emmit and his team at Tidewater Roofing enough.
