Michael Twark review about company Tidewater Roofing

Great experience! The crew did the whole roof in one day and it looks amazing. Also, they did an excellent job cleaning up the yard. During the roof job, there was a pipe in the ceiling that came loose and busted through the drywall due to unrelated, shoddy workmanship from 25 years ago that occurred in a section of the house that is an addition. The owner of the company, Emmit, came to our house personally every day for 4 days, during which he replaced the poorly installed pipe, repaired and mudded the drywall, and painted the area. What really blew our minds though, is that he noticed some unfinished drywall work in our bathroom that a previous contractor never came back to finish some months ago. Emmit selflessly took time out of his busy schedule (the OWNER of the company!) to patch and paint this as well. He did not have to do this, and it is a gesture we will not soon forget. Thanks guys!
