I called to see what the availability would be for someone to come out and give me a quote (telling him I live in Baytown) he asked for my address and I said I didn’t want to give that unless I knew when someone could come (weird I understand) so the person who answered the phone (Donny) said well of course we can come but I can’t come if you don’t give me your address and I was taken back by his tone when he said that so I said let’s start this again. Can you tell me when you would be available to come out and I would be happy to give you my address so he went back to the tone he had and a slight attitude.. I think I’ll pass on your company. Maybe you should learn people skills as well. There is always a good way to skin a cat so to speak..
