Schuyler Sampson review about company Malcom Roofing Inc.

Contracted with this contractor install a roof in 2016. there many issues with the workmanship. Some of them were resolved , but took a great amount of effort to get most of the issues resolved. Now question the entire installation of the roof, being the many issues i had previously found and recently discovered that our roof leaks around our chimney. I have attempted to contact the contractor several times and either get a voicemail or full voicemail mailbox. Even when i have left a voicemail i have yet to receive a reply from the contractor regarding my issues and concerns. If you are considering hiring this contractor to install a new roof, please look elsewhere. They will not return calls, take a long time to rectify issues and do not take pride in their craftsmanship. Plus last i checked the state's dept of labor site they are not a registered contractor. I fear the next step if this is not rectified soon, is for us to also contact the state attorney's office with a consumer complaint. DO NOT DO WORK WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY DO SHOTTY WORK.
