You are using a picture of Roca Ridge without our permission, and we continue to be extremely dissatisfied with your service. You have also lied on your FB page and said you have an A+ With the BBB - when you aren’t even accredited, and you have a 1 star rating. I see you have deleted your review section, otherwise our prior complaints would still be available to people. For those considering Malcolm - we experienced poor craftsmanship, poor customer service, disrespect of our property (peeing off the roof into our gardens) and a lack of accountability from the owner. Expect to have your calls ignored for weeks, no matter the issue. Ultimately our roof was not completed, and what was finished was installed wrong. They literally skipped half the bolts needed for our shingles - only using 2 for a kind specifically designed for 4. We’re still undoing damage from their presence here. And now they’re trying to use us to advertise. These are not ethical people, clearly.
