Geoffrey Wiland review about company Gutter M.D. of Deerfield Beach

I agree with the others who had terrible customer support issues. I had trouble reaching them originally - it took several calls. That was my first red flag. After I eventually reached them, Roxanne came out and gave me an estimate. Roxanne said they would call me between 8:30 and 9 the day of the appointment to give me an approximate time. I called them the day before to confirm - no call back. I got no call the day of appointment. I called them twice that day and left messages. No call back. I reached Roxanne on my third try. She said she just got in and would call me right back. No call back and they never showed up. They are clearly totally unreliable. I would not trust them with a repair because if there was any problem I would anticipate that it would be a nightmare getting them to respond. Extremely unprofessional. Stay away!
