The initial install went great. Dorian is an excellent installer. But I noticed we needed a longer extension from the down spout than the one installed. It has been at least two months of calling repeatedly and it still hasn't been corrected. The owner, Roxanne has made empty promises to have a longer extension installed and at this point she is not returning my calls. If you use this company make sure they get it right the first time, because that's the last you'll hear from them.
