Ryan Novak review about company Zephyr Thomas

After reading reviews online my wife and I decided to have Zephyr Thomas come out and provide a consultation for an existing deck on a house we just purchased. The previous owners did not make the necessary improvements to the deck in order to keep it updated and safe. We wanted to have a professional look at the current quality of the deck and make improvements within a budget. Brad came to the house, looked the deck over, and provided recommendations to extend the deck's longevity. We sat down and he was able to work close to my budget to make improvements on the existing deck. He answered all questions and provided a step-by-step of how the entire process would go, when the work would be done, and how to take care of the newer portions of the deck afterward. A few weeks later I received a call that the deck would be worked on the following week. Zephyr Thomas worked with our municipality to obtain all permits required for the job. The office staff answered any questions I had before the deck work began and was always prompt in getting back to me or leaving a message. When the deck was finished the Installation Professionals answered any and all questions I had and explained why they did what they did to each aspect of the deck. They had to make some on-the-day decisions, however, they explained them to me and those decisions were based on safety and the existing structure of the deck. Brad called the next day and went through the questions I asked the Installation Professionals as well as additional questions that came up, and answered all of them. He even had one of his Installation Professional come back to the house and move up the handrail on the stairs based on my request. Overall, I appreciate how the team at Zephyr Thomas worked to ensure my deck was done correctly so that my family and friends can enjoy a maintained, safe deck this coming Spring and Summer.
