Jim Bob review about company Zephyr Thomas

Zephyr Thomas replaced all the windows in our house. This was the second major project they completed for us, and we returned to them based on the excellent job they did on the first project. Matt was our salesperson again, and he is a true professional. He reviewed our current situation and made recommendations on how best to solve our issues. He was completely honest and point out those items that needed to be changed (windows) and indicated our doors were still fine. It is a pleasure working with Matt because he is not constantly trying to up-sell products or services. He comes into our home focused on solving problems and concerns. We recommend him without reservation. Doug and Dave were our installation professionals. They were polite, readily answered our questions, completed the job as scheduled, and cleaned up any construction debris. The job was completed to our complete satisfaction.
