Joe Kinnear review about company Amazing Home Contractors

Set up an appointment for 11:00 on 4/27. When the estimator did not show up by 11:15 I called to see where they were. The woman that answered the phone (same woman I spoke to originally) said that the appointment was between 3 and 4 that afternoon. When I told her the appointment was for 11:00, she said there must have been an error when they entered it in the computer, even though she was the person I spoke to. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I asked her if they could not meet the correct time for an estimate, how would they ever arrive correctly for the installation?? And...on a side note, this is the second company that has not shown on time for an estimate. The other company called to verify the appointment, then said they had mistakenly cancelled it in the computer. What is with roofers??!!
