Overall we were pleased with Amazing Home Contractors and their hardworking crew! We met with the salesman and liked his knowledge and his estimate was fair. We ultimately decided to go with Amazing Home Contractors because they are a Christian based company. The crew worked extremely hard and was very professional. Our roofs were completed in two days and the yard was free of debris both days. My only complaint is that we were told that we would get a referral bonus if we referred another job to them. Well we did and I have emailed the salesman twice about the referral bonus with no response. I called him twice as well and the first time he answered and jovially said that of course we would be receiving that right away. A month later I called again but no answer this time! I am a man of my word and expect others to be the same. If you don't plan to give a referral bonus then don't say you will!!

Had a very good experience with this firm. Placed the initial call, met with the owner and sales person the very next day, the entire roofing job was completed within a week. It's a beautiful roof! The staff appears to really understand roofing and know what they are doing. They fixed all of our problems. The pricing was very fair. No runaround or heavy sales pressure and they didn't talk down to or patronize my spouse who was here when the work was done. The crews were very nice and cleaned up thoroughly before they left. Based on our personal experience, we can highly recommend this firm!

Set up an appointment for 11:00 on 4/27. When the estimator did not show up by 11:15 I called to see where they were. The woman that answered the phone (same woman I spoke to originally) said that the appointment was between 3 and 4 that afternoon. When I told her the appointment was for 11:00, she said there must have been an error when they entered it in the computer, even though she was the person I spoke to. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I asked her if they could not meet the correct time for an estimate, how would they ever arrive correctly for the installation?? And...on a side note, this is the second company that has not shown on time for an estimate. The other company called to verify the appointment, then said they had mistakenly cancelled it in the computer. What is with roofers??!!

Still waiting for our estimate to be emailed. It's been over two weeks since the guy came out to give us the free estimate, have called twice and still nothing. We had another company replace our entire roof today, they actually left the estimate on the day they looked at the roof.
