I contracted with Santos Benitez to fix a leak in my roof around the chimney. He said that it would be better if I replaced half of the roof. I paid him $3300.00 for this. The leak has never been fixed. He comes and looks at it and says it is the bricks leaking, or it is not leaking. He has attempted a repair but it has not stopped the leak. I have had the chimney waterproofed twice. Santos will not take responsibility for fixing this. It has been ongoing for almost 5 years. I do not recommend this contractor for roofing.
