Tim Earle review about company Lacey Roofing LLC

Lacey Roofing was putting on a new roof on my neighbors home and I walked over and asked one of their employees to talk to his sales person about giving me a proposal on my roof since it was the same roof plan a my neighbors. I was told he would do that. After a number of days and no response I went to my neighbor and asked him to relay the message to the sales person he worked with and he did. Again no response. I then called the office and talked to the person in charge of scheduling these appointments. I explained that I had tried twice to get a proposal with no response. She apologized and said she would get a hold of someone to contact me and schedule something. Two weeks later and still no response.... I would not waste my time with a company that displays this lack of customer service after multiple attempts.
