tim greenwell review about company Lacey Roofing LLC

A general contractor called Lacey Roofing out to our home for an estimate. Lanny was really nice said he would give us the quote directly since we weren't using the general contractor. I called several times over the next few weeks with no response. Then out of the blue we were called and were asked for our email address so they could finally send us a quote. I felt kind of sorry for the gal who has to make those calls. We has already had several other roofers out and estimates and had gone with United Roofing Solutions. I don't know what their estimate was but even if it was the lowest and better materials, I wouldn't work with them. Its too bad that customer service wasn't their priority.
