N Doe review about company Seegers Roofing & Remodeling

I want to start by saying we have used them before and they did fine but this time customer service isn’t just bad it’s non existent just hope your not on the list or pile of paper! We were given their name by our builder to fix a leak in our roof a few years ago and again recently for some loose shingles We called the office on 10/16 or 10/17 the lady who answered the phone didn’t seem to interested in the story just our info which we were told they were backed up but... someone one call us we were on the list!? So.... the following week on 10/23 we called because no one had called us back to be told that we were on the stack of names to call but the stack was smaller so someone would call us fast forward to 10/26 Friday no one had called us we called another company they came out and addressed the shingles that had come loose and fixed them meanwhile I guess we are still in the stack of papers or on the list or whatever we are sadly they have done work for us before and did it timely and well I’m sure they are backed up but learn some customer service and call people back!!!!
