So showing up for a local hockey game with my buddies from work, the last thing on my mind was to replace my windows. Working long hours, I have found it hard to schedule any time to get a quote on a project that was overdo. Our windows were in need of being replaced so it was a convenience seeing a company offering free in home inspections and estimates. I was immediately greeted by a cheerful member of the Harley Crew. Kristi, the delightful Event Manager was hosting the company booth with a few other friendly helpers. Kristi made it simple to schedule someone to come to our home and perform a free inspection and estimate. We were contacted the day before to confirm our appointment and reminded that the process would take 60-90 minutes, depending on any questions we may have. The friendly sales rep Ellio showed up on time, was friendly and inspected our windows, answered questions we had. Worked with us to choose the right products for our home and gave us a great price. The installation was quick and easy. When a concern came up about one of our windows we contacted Harley Exteriors. Janet was a pleasure to speak with and seemed genuinely interested in our concern and took immediate steps to remedy it. We are very pleased with the exceptional service we received from Harley Exteriors.
