David Collins review about company j and j construction
I called Jason after a storm to repair my roof. I had wind damage which ripped my metal roof off exposing the wood slats to the elements. Rain would pour right through damaging the first, second and third floors of my home. I had called first thing in the morning and they told me he would be out that day. Jason showed at 4:30 about a half hour before dusk and said the job was bigger than he thought after I had explained everything to them prior in detail. He told me he would be back with a crew first thing the next mornig to take care of everything. The next morning rolled around and I patiently waited for their arrival. I called at 10:00 to find out where they were and no answer, he never showed or called back. My roof was exposed again until I had another contractor come out. Very dissapointed with this companies practice and will not recommend them to anyone. I see you posted a rebuttal regarding my roof, if my project was too much for you to take on, don't tell me you will be out the next day to take care of it and not show or call. I hope the two minutes it would have taken you was worth the review.
