Khiem Truong review about company Vanity Roofing - Ottawa Roofing Company

Vanity Roofing did two of my homes. The first job went well and without issue. The second job was not as well executed. To start, contract was signed in July but the work did not start till November. When they completed the job, they left behind a huge mess in my parents backyard and all around the house. My parents never noticed as a large snowfall during the installation covered most of the mess. They came and cleaned the area mostly in the back yard at the end of March but they still left a mess around the house. A second call was made to the site manager to come back and clean the rest of the garbage left behind. The issue was that some of the garbage was still frozen in the ground but it would have been good that the site manager followed up to state he could not complete the clean up and not require me to call again to follow up. My issue mostly revolved around poor communication and execution from their site manager. Upon escalating the issue with the owner, Tufon responded quickly and fixed all outstanding issues and more within 24 hours. At the end of the day, my parents were happy with corrections so I'm happy.
