Melissa Prentice review about company Its Leaking Again

I found this company on Groupon and had them repair replace several shingles on my roof. They did a decent job. A few months later I realized that I had another leak in my roof and called them again. The owner and his crew came out to make the repairs and gave me a warranty on the work. A few months later I opened up a wall and realized that the issue was not corrected. I called and spoke with owner about coming back to honor the warrantee. After several promises to come out and no showing, we finally connected in an unpleasant phone call. He showed up to look at damage. After reviewing he promised to return. It's been 2 weeks and we have called several times (at least 7-8 times) each time he has answered and promise to return and correct the issue, he never shows, and never calls. I call back within a day or two and he gives me "his word" that he will be here that day and again no shows. This has happened 5-6 times..... Still waiting... This company is good if you are using him with the groupon to replace shingles...other than that my experience with them has been horrible.
