I called to inquire if they were capable of completing the work I needed done. I was immediately dismissed on the phone and told they were very busy. I was not even given the opportunity to explain what I wanted done or how long I was willing to wait. They might do great work but I’ll never know. I couldn’t make it past the terrible customer service of the receptionist.
