Cop Sgt review about company Capstone Roofing, Inc.

Called him via recommendation from my realtor. Left him 2 messages and she left him one before he finally called. Made appt. for estimate for re roof. He never showed up. Called him back and left 3 messages. She called him as well. No call back. If u can't do the job or ur too busy, that is understandable. Just SAY SO. Don't WASTE people's valuable time with broken promises or assurances that u cannot be man enough to keep. Poor customer service is a 100% heck no. If ur called, respect the person who called u and call back, even if it's to say that u cannot do the job. Don't make an appt., then not show up, then ignore all the calls afterwardes. ESPECIALLY when someone RECOMMENDED u. It makes the realtor look bad as well because ur such an irresponsible flake with no respect for people's time. People like this are all over the place in Florida. Honestly, they should all be out of business for these poor business practices.
