Metro Renovators did an excellent job replacing my roof at a very reasonable price and I would not hesitate to hire them again! From the estimating process through construction, they were professional and responsive. They anticipated my questions and concerns in advance and were well prepared and knowledgeable. Metro was scheduled to replace my roof to include replacing some existing rafters and sheathing over a breezeway on a day with a forecast for thunderstorms for early afternoon. Because of the additional rafter work, I was concerned they would leave my house exposed to a potential deluge and expressed that in an email the night before. They arrived at 6:30 the next morning with a large crew to ensure they would complete the work before the storms arrived. During the rafter replacement, I noticed the new configuration would create an issue with the soffit below I was going to reinstall. When I stepped outside to discuss the concern, Raymond had noticed it as well and was already consulting with Joe, his lead, to address it. Raymond came up with a viable solution. The crew returned a few days later and took care of the issue at no additional cost. After each day of work, the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up any debris before they left. As for my concerns about the storms during installation, they never materialized, but the crew had the roof covered before the storms were scheduled to start at 1PM. Through all aspects of the process, Metro was professional, responsive, and focused on providing an excellent product. Their customer service is excellent, particularly when it comes to anticipating and resolving problems. They provided an excellent product with a warranty they will stand behind. I highly recommend Metro Renovator Group for roofing work.
