Allison Elgert review about company Guarantee Roofing & Siding

I m at the Prestwick appts and guarantee is roofing here ....I have a handicap child who rides the bus and has an IEP for her safety to be picked up at her patio and dropped off at patio so driver can watch her get safely in her appt as the driver can not get off the bus and leave the other handicap children alone to walk her n her front door ...... guarantee has a tarp in front on my patio door blocking my daughter from getting out and throwing the roof down 3 stories all over my patio were it lands it lands .....her buss shows up this morning like it has done all yr to pick her up...my daughter says mom I can't go out there's stuff falling from the roof that could hurt me!!! I try to talk to the workers and as her buss is setting outside waiting for her I tell them she needs to use patio door but stuff is falling by her head .....they pretend they don't know English so funny enough halba espanol!!!! My child is Mexican so I speak Spanish and ask them again in Spanish and tell them I speak Spanish ....I tell them it's dangerous for my handicap daughter to get on buss with roof falling at are head if they could move it down just couple feet over to end of building or even side of building they think I m a joke and say u talk to office u don't like it and as I m walking back into my appt they continue to throw roofing down as I m walking under it as they don't care..........
