Faith Fisher review about company Guarantee Roofing & Siding

Guaranteed roofing installed our roof. Once snow came, anytime snow began to thaw, there was a leak that caused water damage in 2 places in our home. One ruined a ceiling and wall, the other area has made a hole in the ceiling. Upon calling them to help, they sent guys out to check it out and “fix” the roof about 3 days later. The men had to return several times because every time water thaws, the leak comes back. The leak is where the roof meets the flat roof, and despite “fixing it” several times, it leaked again the next year. They don’t guarantee that. We called back and forth several times and they didn’t directly answer for weeks, but eventually said they won’t pay to fix the interior destruction the leak caused, and all we can do is keep calling them anytime it does leak and they will look at it again. The biggest issue is it continues to leak when snow melts, so we cannot fix the interior ceiling and wall until the leak is fixed. We’ve found a different roofing company to assist.
