Allen Cooper review about company Dave Merkley Roofing Ltd

Overall terrible experience with Dave Merkley Roofing. About the only thing they did well, was instal a new roof the next day after I said we would use their services. Problem was he never discussed anything with me before hand. We needed extra work done, and when I came home from work the roof was done. Couple years later large chunks of shingles were flying off the roof and water was coming in. After many attempts to contact them they finally went up to address the issue. But not after verbally abusing me over the phone first. It seems they only took care of the issue after we launched a complaint with the bbb. I think the funniest part of the whole thing was when we asked the first time to have someone look at the roof, he came by and left me a quote for a new roof!! Jokes!! All in all if you want your job done poorly, and hope to replace his work within 10 years, definitely put your money on Dave Merkly. If you want it done right, the first time, go anywhere else.
