Keith McIntyre review about company Dave Merkley Roofing Ltd

Following our recent high wind storm I called the company and Dave said they were extremely busy with a high volume of calls with damaged roofs. No promises but it could be over a week before they could get to me. Well I just wanted to take the time to inform you that your staff were here this morning which was a very pleasant surprise since you had so many calls to service. The three guys were terrific and got the job done without any delay and were very professional and pleasant to talk with. They were up onto the roof very quickly and without delay assessed the damage and repaired in it very short order. I think it's important to comment on a job well done in today's world. People sometimes are very quick to jump on the criticism bandwagon and equally as quick to forget compliments and appreciation when a job is well done. I know you said it could be next week before you got to my situation of ripped off tiles in the windstorm because of the high call volume but you got your staff here speedily this week. So you and your staff deserve a great round of thank you's and appreciation for getting the job done so quickly and efficiently.
