If we could provide less than one star I would in a heartbeat. This company came out to my elderly neighbors home, claimed she had hail damage on her roof and filed a claim with her insurance company on her behalf. She had a reputable company come out afterwards to assess the "damage". Lo and behold, no damage to her roof from hail or otherwise.
