Terrible experience. Buyer beware!! Owner was very pushy to be the general contractor for our hail damage claim that including more than a new roof. I wouldn't allow him to do some of the non-roofing work, but allowed him to do some of the minor work. Of the minor work that he actually completed, it was so poorly done. Re-painted a few doors and didn't even sand them down prior-- he just painted in streaks over the parts with chipped paint, and now the doors are streaky and look worse. He was made aware of this and supposed to come fix it, as well as complete other work he was PAID FOR. He kept avoiding coming out to complete the work, and blowing me off, and finally he told me he was too busy and couldn't come do it. So... I guess I was out of luck?? I asked for a refund, and he refused (although he did refund me $500 of the $4500 he took from me.) So, bottom line is, there is about $4000 worth of work that he WAS PAID FOR that he never did or did improperly. If you're considering using this company, don't take it from me-- do your research! You will see the truth online-- also used to be "Legacy Roofing," by the way. Google that, and be sure to read the whole first page of searches if you want to see how this guy treats his clients.
