Walter Reitz review about company St. Louis Gutter & Siding
The crew failed to show up as scheduled on two occasions. Once they arrived & tore down my gutter they determined that the salesman did not measure the replacement gutter that was exact same length as the existing one. They were scheduled to return the next day but failed to show up. I called the owner who didn't know where the crew was but said they were on the way. He even called me back asking if they showed up. The crew couldn't get the gutter from the supplier that day & never called me or the company office to let them know that they were going to a different job. As a result my home suffered water damage when a thunderstorm popped up. I was in constant contact with them trying to get the job done before it rained. The crew should have put my old gutter back up once they realized they didn't have the correct one to install. The owner Brad said it wasn't going to rain so he didn't want to send someone out to make a temporary repair. They finally sent someone AFTER we had water damage. Now they claim that they are not responsible for the damage. Buyer beware because this company will not take responsibility for damages that were a result of their actions. This is a poorly managed and dysfunctional organization. They have a F rating with the BBB which is not a surprise. I would not recommend them to anyone.
