Robert Moldafsky review about company St. Louis Gutter & Siding

Summary - Overall they did a decent job adding soffet, replacing my gutters and fascia, but failed to complete 2 tasks, re-attach the satellite cable, and properly affix the garage door trim. As noted, part of the work was capping off exposed wood, which included the frame around my garage door. I paid extra to have the garage door trim replaced instead of reusing the old trim. When the work was completed, I had a couple of issues i noted and requested someone take a look. They were responsive and Brad the scheduler came out to assure me that what i noted would 'even out' with the temperature change. While he was there, he requested i give him the final payment. I was good with that but mentioned what about if I find any other issues, what is the responsiveness now that they are paid in full. He assured me they would resolve all issues. 7 weeks later, after numerous calls, letters, BBB complaint, my cable is still dangling, and the garage door trim has still not been properly affixed. It has been 7 weeks of we will get someone out there right away to take care of it, yet no one comes out. What is frustrating is, this is minor work, maybe 90 minutes on site, and a $20 trim kit. (did i note the 'new' trim was stained and scuffed? I noted that to brad and he stated it was new and the stains would wipe off. Nope they are ground in). All I am asking is to reattach the cable, and fix the trim, nothing else, yet here i wait. Maybe this review will get their attention.
