A big thanks to Seth and the Smith General Contracting crew! I needed a repair quickly at a decent price (without compromising quality) and they delivered. After looking into local roofing companies, getting a few bids, and talking to a sales rep I felt like I was in good hands with Smith. They took care of everything from dealing with the homeowners insurance (WHAT A NIGHTMARE!) to getting the permit and everything set up. They also offered the best warranty. The day their crew came to tear off the roof, a piece fell out of their truck and hit the garage door leaving a small but noticeable dent. Accidents happen… no big deal… but without hesitation they went out and purchased and replaced my garage door on their own dime. The new door looks GREAT! The roof looks like a million bucks! And no more leaks! I couldn’t have been happier! Thanks again to Seth for dealing with my insurance company. I’m glad I had you in my corner!
