Jaynee Tyler review about company Premier Roofing Company

Our roof was hit by the 2018 hailstorm in Gretna 7 days after we bought it. We waited until this summer to have it inspected and replaced. Premier Roofing was amazing! Other than the initial call to the insurance company to set up a claim, we didn’t have to deal with our insurance company at all. The Premier representative got a complete roof replacement, all of our Pella windows and gutters approved for replacement. We scheduled the roof replacement for a Friday and a huge storm rolled through. It rained and rained for days, pushing our build back. There was a break in the rain on Wednesday morning, but projected rain around 11 am. To our surprise, Premier called and told us they were on their way. They were prepared with a tarp in case of rain, but the rain never came. They were done with the roof and cleaning up when I got home from work at 5:30. Our roof looks amazing and we had no nails or debris in our yard, unlike our neighbors who used another roofing company. So the kids were free to play in the yard that night. I would recommend Premier to anyone who needs a roof and doesn’t want to deal with a long drawn out process with their insurance company. We are extremely happy with the product and service provided by Premier.
