Our roof was hit by the 2018 hailstorm in Gretna 7 days after we bought it. We waited until this summer to have it inspected and replaced. Premier Roofing was amazing! Other than the initial call to the insurance company to set up a claim, we didn’t have to deal with our insurance company at all. The Premier representative got a complete roof replacement, all of our Pella windows and gutters approved for replacement. We scheduled the roof replacement for a Friday and a huge storm rolled through. It rained and rained for days, pushing our build back. There was a break in the rain on Wednesday morning, but projected rain around 11 am. To our surprise, Premier called and told us they were on their way. They were prepared with a tarp in case of rain, but the rain never came. They were done with the roof and cleaning up when I got home from work at 5:30. Our roof looks amazing and we had no nails or debris in our yard, unlike our neighbors who used another roofing company. So the kids were free to play in the yard that night. I would recommend Premier to anyone who needs a roof and doesn’t want to deal with a long drawn out process with their insurance company. We are extremely happy with the product and service provided by Premier.

Was pleasently surprised at how Premier made a project like a new roof run so smoothly. The sales people, roofers and Project Manager insured we were kept informed through out the project. The roof was completed in 1 day and it truly looks great. The roofers cleaned up so well I didn't find any debris after they had finished. The sales rep's. clearly explained the process/cost and there were no surprises. I would recommend Premier to any of my friends. 1832830

Hail damage recently in our area. Door to door guy ignored my no soliciting sign but I let him talk anyway. I said you can get on my roof and give me an estimate and he said we didn't do that. He said he'd work with our insurance and meet with our inspector. I said no. You're a roofing company that can't do free estimates, what a joke. I offered to take a bid from your company and you turned it down, haha! If we ran our service business like this we wouldn't have customers. To address your response: You wouldn't do a free estimate, keep digging a hole for yourselves. I am the insurance, I pay them, you aren't talking to them unless I say so. Furthermore, I'm not in the roofing industry and even I know my roof needs replaced. Buyer beware, this is a roofing company that avoids free estimates, wants to only deal with your insurance agent cutting you out, and avoids no soliciting signs.

So far so good. Brad was great and helped navigate the questions on insurance and getting a new roof.
