Keith stopped by my house unannounced and unknown to me. I answered the door because he caught me when I was home and available for a few minutes. To be fair, I usually answer the door if I am home, but haven't taken anyone up on anything since the magazine fiasco of 2010 🤣🤣🤣. Keith pointed out damage to my roof that the insurance company "missed" when they looked at the house. I called the insurance company and he took it from there. I now have a new roof, new gutters and several other things that in total cost $12,000. This was covered by insurance because it was still inside the acceptable window to file a claim. Had it not been for Keith, I would have learned the hard way that I needed a new roof, as my insurance company initially told me that it was fine. Keith has my phone number and you are welcome to call me with any questions. Highly recommend his professionalism and work ethic. His crews are extremely polite and he comes by after they leave to verify that everything is cleaned up, no remaining screws in the yard, etc. 5 stars is less than what I would select, if there was a higher option.
