We had to replace our roof after a major hail storm came through Northern Colorado. Our insurance said the roof was completely totaled. Three other roofing companies wouldn't even give us a quote because they claimed they had to see our insurance claim and how much the insurance was willing to pay (for those of you who don't know this is completely untrue. Never give your insurance claim information to a contractor if you are only looking for an estimate). Finally, I called Gold's Roofing, explained the situation and they offered to give us a free estimate and never even asked to see our insurance claim. Their estimate was completely fair and detailed. Once we decided to work with Gold's Roofing the process was efficient and easy. They cleaned up the yard after ripping the old roof off and had the job completed within a few days from start to finish. A few months later, we are actually selling our home and I needed a copy of the warranty. Sam in their office was a major help and emailed me a copy of the warranty almost immediately and helped me understand exactly what I needed to supply to our buyer. Overall, extremely friendly customer service, efficient and professional, and they have great integrity.
