Bad customer service is not even the word for it! Sunshine Roofing's employee, Mariam scheduled & confirmed an appointment to have my roof inspected for a leak and never showed. I was given a time window for when the inspection was to be. I took off time from work to be home & the guy never showed. Sunshine Roofing made NO EFFORT to let me know the guy was not going to be able to keep his appointment. I made several calls & left messages after the schedule time had passed inquiring if the guy was going to show and no return call. It's been 3 days now and still no call. UNBELIEVABLE! To me, this company does not care about it's business. If Sunshine Roofing does not care about their business, why would they care if they do their job well or to make you a satisfied customer. I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND SUNSHINE ROOFING.
