Can I rate them a ZERO? Not only did they do a shoddy job, not only didn’t they comply with the contract, worst of all, they found "ISSUES" only after they removed my existing roof. They then demanded more money which to me was was extortion pure and simple. They also used questionable material not on the work order, and prior to installation, when we questioned its use, Michael Chang (the real owner) angrily threatened to cancel the project and walk off the job, leaving our home exposed to the weather in the middle of winter – can you say JERK! Michael Chang suffers from a total lack of morals and has no ethics. He will cut corners, change the material behind your back, and his lackeys do substandard work. PROTECT YOUR HOME AND STAY AWAY FROM SUNSHINE ROOFING!
