Please be aware of this contractor!!! He looks like a nice guy in the picture, but don’t get fooled. I hired him to fix my porch last Oct, 2014 and it was 2 days’ job. He did a nasty job less than 4 hrs in a day not completing the work and demanded for the payment stating that I signed the contract. He refused to come out to fix it and asked for more money to do so even though that part of job was stated in the contract. He threatened me with a small claim court and commencing a lien on my property. Look at the picture on my google profile. My porch looks horrible!!! John Feil is a scumbag. He wants his client’s money without completing his job. He doesn't listen to his client’s complaint and doesn't even care! All he wants is your money for undone repair! He thinks that he’s entitled to get money for his shitty job. Please think again before you sign the contract with him. Once you sign, you’re doomed!!!
