On Feb 24th, 2016, an adjuster for one of the major insurance companies came out to my home to evaluate wind damage to the shingles on my roof. The adjuster documented a total of '15' shingles were damaged. The Repair cost would be less than my deductible. I called JP Solutions and the owner came out and performed his evaluation, took pictures and found a total of 73 shingles were damaged or missing. As a result, I appealed the insurance adjuster's findings with the major insurance provider. After going back and forth with the provider, JP Solutions sent their report to the providers Corp office. The provider sent out a second adjuster (10 weeks later) who found 66 shingles were damaged or missing. Note the original adjuster found 15. After re-evaluation, the insurance provider agreed to replace the roof. In late May 2016, a crew arrived from JP Solutions and removed my old roof and replaced it with a new top-of-the-line roof.
